Attachments in Outlook Express will not open after SP1 install

Open Outlook Express

Click on "Tools"

Click on  "Options"

Click on  "Security"

UNCHECK   Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could  potentially be a virus

Hit Apply and OK
