Possible
Troubleshooting Steps
1.) Customer
cannot discover another device? Possibility that the devices are out of
range. Check to make sure that the radio
is turned on. Check to make sure you
have not limited the ability to search for devices.
2.) Customer
can see other devices, but cannot connect or exchange any information with
them? Possibility
that the devices are out of range. Check
to make sure that the radio is turned on.
Check to make sure that the other device is not restricting access. Check the transmission power.
3.) My
Device is always asking for a Password? Check the passkey settings.
4.) Customer
cannot find files that were transferred to him from another device? Check and make sure that the shared directory is properly setup.
